Less than one month until the little guys turn the big 1! Let the party planning begin!Max is officially on the move now with coordinated crawling and pulling himself up onto objects. No more barrel rolling and tummy scooting. He's loving the fact that he can move around and explore the world - especially daddy's big fancy Sony TV! His other new tricks are giving high fives, clapping his hands (espcially to "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands!"), waving bye/hi, and slapping daddy's tattoos. He will actually lift up Dave's sleeves if he's wearing a short-sleeved shirt to see and slap the tattoos. We call it the Slap-A-Tattoo game. More teeth are coming in also. We think he has a total of eight teeth right now.
He may even have a crush on a girl now. We visited with Mike and Marnie (I work with Mike) over the weekend, and they have a daughter Kendall who is only 10 days older than Max. They played together and shared (well, more like grabbed) slobbery toys. He had so much fun playing and was tuckered out at the end of the day (you can see pics on their blog link on the right).
Overall, he's been such a good little boy. He's so happy and full of smiles and giggles. My favorite part of the day is coming home and seeing his big smile. We're smitten.

I was thinking the same thing about the stair pic! What is he, three stairs high? I can't believe he's already going to be one. Did the year fly by?
