Bubba Chunk!

We had Max's two-month check up today, and our little dude is tipping the scales at 14 lbs! He is in the 95th percentile for his weight.....75th for his height (23.5 inches).....50th for his head. Now I know why my back and arms hurt! :) The doctor said that he is healthy and proportionate and that we shouldn't be concerned at this point. I guess we just have a big boy, thanks to daddy! He's already starting to grow out of some of his 0-3 month clothes since he is getting too long for them now. His newborn clothes from only two months ago look so tiny now!

It is so neat to see Max developing and becoming more active and alert. He's lifting his head for short periods and smiling more and more. He loves to play under his activity gym (he loooves to stare at himself in the mirror) and mobile. He also likes to look at picture frames and things outdoors. The weather has been pretty nice over the past week, so we've taken a lot of walks, which he enjoys - the bumpier the ride the better for him! Puts him in a deep snooze!
